At Caboarry Cookware (Pty) Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our premium cookware. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your Caboarry cookware. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- The item must not show signs of use, wear, or damage
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of use
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
Important: Do not ship items back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4.2 Shipping Method
We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items. Caboarry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. If the return is denied, we will contact you with an explanation and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6.2 Refund Amount
- Product Price: Full refund of the item price
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return Shipping: Reimbursed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
6.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original packaging
- Items missing accessories or components
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team. We will process the exchange subject to product availability. Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
For exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover all shipping costs. For other exchanges, standard return and shipping policies apply.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but occasionally defects or damage may occur during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the item
- Provide photographs of the defect or damage
- Keep all original packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including all shipping expenses.
9. Warranty Claims
Caboarry cookware comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from our return policy and may extend beyond the 30-day return period. For warranty information and claims, please contact our customer service team.
10. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times and customs procedures.
